Medicare help across the Valley, and all of Texas.

The Valley is home, and most of the people I help live right here, from Rio Grande City to South Padre Island. I'm serving all of Texas, so wherever you live in the state, you're welcome to call me about Medicare, life insurance or other coverage, in English or Spanish.

Rather I call you? Tell me the best time and I'll call you back.

In person or by phone

Three ways to talk.

  • At your kitchen table. If you live anywhere in the Valley, I can come to you. If you live outside the Valley, we'll talk it through by phone.
  • At an office near you. Offices in McAllen, Pharr, Harlingen and Brownsville, by appointment. Call first and we'll pick a time.
  • By phone or Zoom. If that's easier for you, or if you live outside the Valley, we can go over everything by phone or on a Zoom video call.
By county

All over the Valley.

Hidalgo County

McAllen, Pharr, Edinburg, Mission, San Juan, Alamo, Donna, Weslaco, Mercedes, Palmview, La Joya, Alton, Elsa and Edcouch.

Cameron County

Harlingen, Brownsville, La Feria, Los Fresnos, Rio Hondo, Santa Rosa, Port Isabel, Laguna Vista and South Padre Island.

Willacy and Starr counties

Raymondville, Lyford, Rio Grande City, Roma and the towns around them.

These are just some of the towns. If yours isn't here, call me anyway. Underlined towns have a page of their own.

Outside the Valley

Anywhere in Texas.

You don't have to live near an office.

Offices in McAllen, Pharr, Harlingen and Brownsville, by appointment. You don't have to live near one for me to help you. I'm serving all of Texas, so wherever you live in the state, we can go over everything by phone or a Zoom video call, in English or Spanish.

Plans depend on your county.

Plans are different in each county, so I'll ask for your ZIP code and look up what's available where you live. I don't offer every plan. If I can't help you with what you need, I'll tell you, and you can always check Medicare.gov or call 1-800-MEDICARE.

Winter Texans

Here for the winter?

Your permanent address is what counts.

Welcome to the Valley! One thing to know first: Medicare Advantage and drug plans go by your permanent address, the state and county where you officially live, not where you spend the winter.

Your Medicare plan while you're here

If you have a Medicare Advantage plan from home, emergency and urgent care are covered here, and some plans, like a PPO, may cover other care away from home, often for more. A Medicare Supplement, in general, goes with you anywhere in the U.S., and you can see any doctor here who takes Medicare.

Is your permanent address in Texas or in another state?

If your permanent address is in Texas, I can help you. If it's in another state and you want to work with an agent, choose one licensed in your home state. Call me anyway, and I'll tell you honestly what I can and can't do.

What to expect

Your first meeting.

What to have ready

Please have your Medicare card, your list of medicines and your doctors' names ready. Turning 65 and no card yet? That's okay.

How it goes

We go over your doctors and your medicines together, in plain words, with no rush. Bring anyone you want at the table. There's no pressure, and my help costs you nothing. The choice is always yours.

Let's talk

Still have questions? That's what I'm here for.

No question is too small. I'll explain it as many times as you need, in English or Spanish. My help costs you nothing.
