I'm a licensed insurance agent, and I live and work here in the Valley. I help people with Medicare in English or Spanish, at their kitchen table or at my office.

My clients want to know that anytime they need someone, they won't be fishing around on a 1-800 number. That's really what I offer: a human being who answers. When you call, you get me. If I'm with a client, I call you back. Call or text, even about something small. That's what I'm here for.

We can sit down at your kitchen table or at my office, in English or Spanish, whichever you like. We go over your doctors and your medicines together. I'll recommend what I believe fits you best, and if you're better off staying where you are, I'll tell you that too. Then the choice is yours. I don't push. I've learned to let people make their own decisions.
I don't work for an insurance company
I'm an independent agent. The plan pays me, not you, so my help costs you nothing. For Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare sets the limit on what any plan can pay an agent, so no plan can pay me extra to push it.
After you sign up, I'm still here
Signing up is the start, not the end. I'm still your agent all year. Bills, doctors, letters, questions: you call me, not a 1-800 number.

Over $5,000, and a cancelled surgery
One client got a bill for more than $5,000, and her surgery was cancelled, all over a mix-up in her records. I stayed on it, call after call, and helped her clear the bill. She had her surgery.
Four hours at a kitchen table
A woman's Medicaid had been cut off, and she and her husband weren't my clients yet. I spent four hours at their kitchen table working through it with them. Months later, they chose me as their agent. No pressure. It was their decision, and that's how I want it.
